1. returns and exchanges at the convenience of the customer

For customer’s convenience (e.g., order is not what you expected, you ordered the wrong item, etc.), we do not accept cancellations
or changes of orders, or returns of delivered items,

We basically do not accept returns of food and beverage products. Please be aware of this before placing an order.

For other items, we accept returns and refunds only within 8 days from the date of delivery and only if the item is unopened.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned merchandise and the bank transfer fee for the refund. 2.

2.Returns and exchanges due to defective products

If you receive merchandise that is different from what you ordered, or if the merchandise is damaged or there is a quality problem,
please contact us as soon as possible.

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise, attaching a photo of the merchandise to shop@hanaomise.com.

If you have received the product, please send it back to us within 8 days of its arrival.

We will send you the replacement product as soon as possible.
The shipping cost will be borne by our company.

In the case of a return, the refund will be processed after the returned merchandise arrives at our company and is inspected.
In the case of credit card payment, the refund will be made to the original credit card.
In the case of other payment methods such as bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the designated account.

However, we will not accept returns or exchanges in any of the following cases
If the product has been used
If 10 days have passed since the product was received.
